Everything we make is made to order, by hand, in the USA. We deliver within the contiguous United States.
Furniture
Pieces as designed ship within 3–4 weeks of your order. Customized pieces ship within 8–12 weeks. For pieces available to pre-order, we confirm your order and estimated ship date by email.
White glove delivery is $750 per piece, shown on each product page.
The Ashbury mattress
Made to order. Ships in 1–2 weeks. Standard delivery is included in the price; white-glove delivery is available for an additional fee. Every mattress arrives wrapped in biodegradable paper. Shop the Ashbury
Bespoke
Lead time depends on the project, and we'll confirm it with your quote. Bespoke pieces arrive by white-glove delivery. About Bespoke
Damage on delivery
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything arrives damaged, email hello@ashwickhome.com with photos within 5 business days of delivery. We'll repair or replace it at no cost to you. For white-glove deliveries, please note any visible damage with the delivery team before they leave. Full terms
